Disabled access

We have a portable induction loop system for the hard of hearing and we can arrange for sign language interpreters to attend when required. Foreign language interpreters can also be booked, but their availability cannot always be guaranteed. We can no longer allow family members or friends to interpret for patients. The language translator available in this website may not necessarily be grammatically correct.

The Mary Potter Centre, in which we are located, has several disabled parking bays in the east and west car parks. The entire centre is adapted for wheelchair use, with lifts throughout the building. All toilets are wheelchair accessible. The Forest Practice is located on the ground floor of the building. We have been inspected and accredited by disabledGo.
