The Forest Practice will be closed from 12:00pm on Tuesday 16th March for staff training.
What to do when the practice is closed:
- If you need urgent advice whilst the practice is closed please telephone 0115 942 3759 and your call will be diverted to the out of hours GP service.
- Please call 111 if you urgently need medical help or advice but it’s not a life-threatening situation.
- For immediate, life-threatening emergencies, continue to call 999 ·
- The Urgent Care Centre provides access to assessment and treatment if you need help with a health problem that is urgent, but not life-threatening, such as: minor burns or scalds, minor head injury with no loss of consciousness, skin infections or animal bites, suspected broken bones, sprains and strains (x-ray service available), eye infections or minor eye injuries. The Urgent Care Centre is open 7am – 9pm 365 days a year, and on London Road (next to the BBC Centre)
