Order your repeat prescriptions online using Systmonline
Patients on repeat prescriptions are issued with a repeat prescription slip, which is attached to the actual prescription. Keep this slip, and when you next require any items from your prescription, tick the ones you need then either bring the slip in to us, or post it. Or, you can now request your prescriptions online. The prescription will be ready for collection within 48 hours at your nominated chemist. Please note that your doctor will ask to see you periodically to review your medication.
Some chemists are happy to collect and deliver prescriptions for you. Please ask for details at reception.
Electronic Prescribing has now arrived for patients at The Forest Practice, repeat medication requests will be able to be sent electronically to the chemist of your choice. Please ask your local chemist for further information and to register for this service.
Please note that we will no longer accept repeat prescriptions put in by pharmacies. You must put in your own request at reception, or via the online request system above, or send it to us by post. If you have a nominated pharmacy, your prescription will still go to them electronically. If your nominated pharmacy deliver your prescription to you, that will not change.
